It is famous local snack in South Shandong Province. It is round in shape like moon, golden, crispy, and aromatic. The basic material for this course is selected, fine flour. It is made through mixing, fermenting, and kneading, and pressing. Wrap the seasonings like balm, salt, and fennel with the flat dough cover, put a layer of liquid sugar on its surface, and then spread some sesame seed on to it. Finally put it into the toaster and bake.
