Located in the SOHO, the gathering place for restaurants from different countries, Bistro Manchu is honored to be the best restaurant serving authentic Beijing food. It is said that the boss is a descendant of Netor. Food in the restaurants is of northeast flavor and the decoration of the restaurant building is of simple and fret pattern, thus an atmosphere of China is created. Its specialties are pork in tomato sauce, Dongpo cold mixed bean curd skin and dumplings with various contents. Capacity crowd of customers is the best evidence for its authentic flavor.
