early Artemisia are plucked from countryside and minced after washing, and baked when the water is wrung out, then together with the accessories like preserved bean curd and meat, they are mingle into the rice and steamed or stewed into Artemisia rice which is fresh and smelly, soft and tasty, beneficial to all ages.
