Ancol Dreamland

Ancol Dreamland, also known as Taman Impian, is the largest comprehensive tourist area in Indonesia, celebrated as one of the largest theme parks in Southeast Asia. It is located in the north of Jakarta, which is close to the Jakarta Bay. Ancol Dreamlan, as a popular tourist destination, attracts numerous travelers every year. There are many modern recreational facilities inside the park, including hotels, open-air cinema, aquarium, Ocean Dream Samudra, Sea World, tennis course, seaside villas, art galleries, squash court, golf course, bowling alley, race course, beach, night club, spa, casino, massage parlor and children’s playground.

Inside the park, there are villa areas of typical ethnic features of Indonesia. In the art market, there is exhibition of folk arts of Indonesia. Artists also draw paintings or create sculptures on site for tourists. At dusk, there are local performances and dances of Bali and Kalimantan Island in the open-air stage.
