Slicing the sauerkraut (made of the bloated Chinese cabbage of the northeast) into those thread which look like matchsticks. The outer leaf is white and the leaves are green. Then, add the local easy cooked potato powders in it. At last, braise the fried streaky meat and the boiled soup of meat and bones with slow fire.
