Hawthorn wine selects top grade fresh hawthorns as ingredients and is produced by brewing and fermenting them. It is a rich sweet fruit wine. The wine is ruby red in color with inviting smell. It is pure, mild, sweet and refreshing. It contains several vitamins and organic acid. Therefore, it has the effects of lowering lipid, reducing blood pressure, deswelling and invigorating the stomach. It is good to be taken together with meals and presented to relatives and friends. It also makes for medical care. In 1984, it won the national silver cup prize.
