After leaving Confucius Temple for 15 years, Jiangyouji Restaurant reopened in Longmen Street of Confucius Temple. The dishes of restaurant have muslin style, the most famous ones are beef soup and beef fried Jiaoji which is golden, fragrant and juicy.
