Silk Road Muslim Restaurant (丝绸之路穆斯林餐厅) serves authentic Muslim cruises with large amounts and reasonable prices. The dining environment is relatively nice compared with that of many other Muslim restaurants. The famous dishes include lamb shashlik, braised chicken with potato and green pepper, mutton chop, steamed stuffed bun, fried noodles, Xinjiang rice and characteristic yoghourt.
