Huangqiao baked roll and Kaiyang shredded dried bean cued Yongheyuan Restaurant was built in Emperor Guangxu period of Qing Dynasty. It sales hundreds of kinds of pastries, among which the most famous ones are Huangqiao baked roll and Kaiyang shredded dried bean cued. Huangqiao Baked roll got the name because it originated from Huangqiao Town in Taixing. It looks like the shape of crab shell, and tastes crispy with two tastes sweet and salted. Another specialty Kaiyang shredded dried bean cued is slender but tough. Especially with the fresh chicken soup, it tastes more delicious.
