Used to be called Fu Longmao White Brittle Cookie, it was first produced in the Guangxu Period of Qing Dynasty and has a history of more than one hundred years and the producing place is Xiting Town of Tongzhou City. It was honored with 95 International Food Expo Golden Prize.
