Taizhou is a new seaside city along China’s golden coastline. It lies in the middle coastal area of Zhejiang Province and the furthest south area of Shanghai Economic and Technical Development Zoon. The total area of land is about 9411 square kilometers and the area of sea is about 80,000 square kilometers with the population of 5.46 million, and among them the urban area is 1536 square kilometers with the total population of 1.4 million.
Taizhou is benefited from the mountain and the sea and was called ‘a famous mountain on the sea’ in the history.
