It is a traditional snack of Dongtai and has a history of more than two hundred years. The chef selects fresh live shark sucker and eel bone as the main ingredients and ripe lard, ginger, scallion, berry, etc, as supplementary ingredients, which are exquisitely made into the soup. The soup is as thick as milk and drops like beads. The noodles are white, slender, and even noodles. Therefore, the Noodles in Fish Soup taste fresh but not greasy. In 1924, the Dongtai Noodles in Fish Soup won the Panama international Expo Medal. It has been included into “China Snack Menu”.
