According to legend, Qing dynasty's porcelain workers like to fill minced meat, ginger, onion, cooking oil and salt into a chicken, and then wrap the chicken with a piece of lotus leaf, after that, used the porcelain clay(mixed by Shaoxing wine) to wrap it.
