Jingdezhen is located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province, which is a historic and cultural city of China. It’s reputed as one of the four famous towns in the Ming and Qing dynasties, together with Foshan of Guangdong, Hankou of Hubei and Zhu Xian Town of Henan Province. Besides, it’s also one of the 24 famous historic and cultural cities in China approved by the State Council. Jingdezhen is home to porcelains, which is also reputed as Porcelain City. The porcelains of Jingdezhen boasts beautiful design, unique style, wide varieties and rich decoration. They are famous at home and abroad for they are as white as jade, as bright as mirror, as thin as paper and as euphonic as inverted bell.
