A Brief Introduction to the City
Under its jurisdiction, Pingxiang has three counties (Shangli County, Luxi County, Lianhua County), two districts (An’yuan District, Xiangdong District), and An’yuan Economic Development Zone of the provincial level. Its downtown occupies 35 sq km.
Pingxiang City has a beautiful landscape and plenty of tourist resources. There are two cultural & historic relics under state protection and 67 provincial-level and city-level key units of historic relics for preservation.
