Shenquan in Huilai is a famous fishing harbor in Jieyang. The processing of fish products here is very distinctive too. Senquan is well-known for processing eel, Danjia and sierra into fish balls. People all praise that the fish ball produced in Shenqquan has most resilience. If it falls on the ground, it will bounce back on the table. Shenquan fish ball is smooth and crisp. It tastes sweet and delicious.
