A Survey of Baicheng City
Baicheng City, with the advantaged geographic location, convenient transportation and telecommunication and abundant natural resources, enjoys a long-standing history. Located in the juncture of three provinces of Jilin, Heilongjiang and Inner Mongolia, it is the only way to enter into Shanhaiguan from the southwest of Heilongjiang and northeast of Inner Mongolia.
