Changbaishan Ski Resort is situated about 1640-1820 kilometers above sea level. The snow quality here is considered to border on the snow in France and northern Italy. The resort's popularity and perfect snow condition has attracted thousands of world ski athletes to practice their skills along its well-gloomed tracks.

Skiers will get a memorable experience in skiing downhill, freestyle, jumping, Helsinki, slalom, alpine, and cross country ski at the Changbaishan Ski Resort.

Changbaishan's two alpine trails are 3,000 meters in length with vertical drop of 130 meters snaking through the birch forest and will give skiers the excitement they are looking for. The 5 kilometer long cross country trails, winding along the deep gorges through the untouched primitive forest is a challenge even to the fearless.

Changbaishan Ski Resort will spoil skiers with its hot-spring swimming pools. Dipping in the hot water after a full day will relax your weary body and pacify your mind. The ski club here allows you to share your ski experience with other ski lovers.

Transportation

Fly to Changchun or Yanji and then public buses from Antu town and Yanji city to the ski resort. The Azalea Villa at the ski resort can arrange transfer for travelers upon request. You maybe need to pay for the ride. There are flights from Beijing, Shanghai and many other cities to Yanji.

Dining

There are no restaurants at the skiing resort but the Azalea Villa nearby serves Chinese and western food.

Accommodation

The resort is around 8 kilometers away from the lodging area:  Azalea Villa, Athlete Village and Transportation Hotel with hot spring pool are good choices.

Scenery nearby

Changbaishan Heavenly Lake: it is the largest crater lake in China, the slightly ellipse-shaped lake like a jade embedded amidst the 16 peaks.
