It was built in 1933. covering an area of 2,220,000 square meters, it is the largest park in the city, the second largest garden in China next to Summer Palace.

Layout of the park was arranged in the shape of a dumbbell. The surface of the lake in this park is as large as the one in the Summer Palace. The lake water is very limpid. On the bank, weeping willows dance in the breeze, flowers dots around., winding bridges and various pavilions are here and there.

In winter, you can go fishing, go boating, and go swimming; in summer, you can go skiing or go skating.
