The railroad transportation has a history of over 80 years which is the hinge of the material communication of the east of Jilin Province. The railroad is 1400.8 km long, extended from the Jilin City to the direction of Shenyang, Changchun , Haerbin, Tumen. The three railways: Changtu, Shenji and Jishu connect Jilin with three capital cities of northwest provinces together. There are also railways from Jilin to Beijing , Tianjin , Shanghai , Ningbo and Dalian .
Jilin railway station is situated in the center of the downtown; you can take No.1, 8, 101, 107 bus to get there.
