Chinese Famous Snack City, Jinan

Since opened in August, 1998, the Chinese Famous Snack City has introduced hundreds of noshes from not only Jinan city, but also other parts of the country, such as Shanxi Province, Chongqing City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Jiangsu Province, Zhejiang Province, Fujian Province, and Guangdong Province. The snack city serves the famous dishes in China, such as, Buddha jumps over wall, shark’s fins, abalones, sea cucumbers, and bird’s nests. The snack city also created featured dishes, such as Zhonghua chicken’s wings and fried pear ball with Honey, which all charge fairly. There are four restaurants in the snack city: Jin Guantang Restaurant, Hai Yuelou Restaurant, Tian Yige Restaurant, Pan Xiyuan Restaurant, which serve Sichuan cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Ningbo cuisine and Cantonese cuisine, separately. The featured dishes served by the restaurants are: Zhonghua chicken’s wings, fried spare ribs Wuxi style, Tian Daohu fish head, superior shark’s fins in soy sauce, and stewed spare ribs with potato.
