Preserved Mutton and Preserved Beef

 Cut up mutton and beef. Mix fat and muscle evenly. Add some seasoning. Put them into their own intestines respectively, and fasten the intestines. Place them into a boiler to cook. Fish them out when they are cooked. Put in a proper basin. Use force in pressing and settling them until they cool down. When people want to eat, cut it into slices and sprinkle them with salt. The red-white-and-yellow mutton tempts people's appetite. This is a kind of cold-meat food with good color, fragrance and taste.
