The transportation in Jiuquan is very convenient and the communication is quick. The Lanxin Railway is the second longest inter-continental railway between Europe and Asia. It traverses the whole city from east to west. It ranges from Lianyungang in the east to the Num.312 National Highways in the Huo'erguosi Port of Xinjiang in the west. There are the Jiayuguan Airport, the Dingxin Airport, and the Xiaheqing Airport in Jiuquan and around Jiuquan. The flights can go to all the places of China. The rural highways and urban highways are crisscross. They radiate in all directions.
