Railway Transport
The trains of Jixi- Harbin - Qiqihar and Jixi- Jinan are all luxury trains. There’re six shifts of trains linking Jixi and Mudanjiang everyday. Besides, there’re direct trains to Harbin from Mishan, Hulin and Dongfanghong.

Highway
Located in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province and adjoining Russia, Jixi has formed a modern developed highway network extending in all directions, which centers on the urban area, with expressway and arterial highway as the skeleton, port highway, tourism highway and county-level highway as the supplement and rural highway as the outspread. Since 2007, Jixi has opened 2 international transportation routes and 7 domestic provincial passenger lines. Besides, 4 county-level passenger stations and 32 township-level passenger stations have been built or rebuilt.
Jixi is the intersection of Hegang-Dalian Highway, Jiansanjiang-Jixi Highway and Fangzheng-Hulin Highway. There are long-distance buses from Jixi to Beijing, Dalian, Shenyang, Qingdao, Harbin, Changchun, Yanji, Ussuriysk of Russia, Daqing, Qiqihar, Mudanjiang, Jiamusi and many other areas in Heilongjiang Province. These years, Jixi lays stress on the construction of highways, and the highway mileage totaled 1,772 kilometers in 2010.
