Youyixin Restaurant, Kaifeng

Located in downtown area of Kaifeng city, Youyixin restaurant was first built in 1906 in the Qing Dynasty, during which period Kaifeng city served as the capital of Henan Province. It is believed to be one of the few restaurants here that can provide the most traditional and best local food.

During its one hundred years history, famous people such as Kangyouwei, Zhangxueliang, Premier Zhouenlai, Meilanfang and so on have tasted the food here. This restaurant is extremely famous for the dishes such as, carp with noodles in sweet and sour sauce, Braised Winter Melon, shark’s fin in white gravy and so on. People can also have a taste of the Kaifeng dumplings here.
