Lvliu Habitat, Karamayi

Lvliu Habitat, set up the brand in late Qing Dynasty, is a famous restaurant which offers vegetable dishes. Because its stands in lots of emerald green weeping willows around the lake bank, the restaurant got named Lvliu Habitat.

Vegetable dishes were dealt in Lvliu Habitat. And the beans products, wheat gluten, and edible fungus are the main three raw materials of their vegetable dishes. The following are the four famous cuisines:
1. Crisp Vegetarian Chicken and Sea Cucumber, which is mainly made by cooked wheat gluten, the fungus and lotus root powder.
2. Vegetarian Chicken, the material of which is Tofu Pi.
3. Vegetarian Tiger and Pigeon Egg, which is made by crackajack mung powder.
