Luosi Fen (River Snail Noodles), Laibin

River Snail Noodles is the most famous snack in Laibin City. The authentic Luosi Noodles haven’t got any luosi in it (the real river snail noodles actually has no river snail meat in it), which is also a crucial criteria to judge whether the noodles are authentic or not. The River Snail Noodles has no river snail meat in it, but it’s dipped in the soup made of river snail meat. Then add some seasoning, chilies, acid-bamboo root, fried dried rolls of bean-milk cream, and peanuts. Hmm, how delicious it is!
