Xueye Fish Banquet

Bighead Fish, Mandarin Fish, Turtle and Crucian produced in Xueye Lake are chosen as the main material, and the assistant material include river shrimp and river crabs and so on, the special dishes are red fried carp, mild braised mandarin fish, clean stir-fried fish cluster, crucian soup, turtle soup, pomfret soup and other lake fish. There can be twelve cooking methods for a single fish and it can be cooked into different dishes. In cooking Xueye Fish Head Soup cooked with authentic Bighead Fish produced in Xueye Lake, sweet spring water is adopted with unique ingredients and is braised slowly with the fire of charcoals, after it is cooked, the meat is delicate and as white as human milk, with fresh color and fragrant smell, it has the functiond of cleaning the heart and brightening the eyes and strengthening the stomach and kidney, it has become a snack well known in a wide region.

Jin’s Mutton Soup

It is a famous snack in the folk of Laiwu City and the goat fed in the mountainous areas of Laiwu is chosen and cooked wholly with special prescription. The soup is clean and the meat is delicate. It is neither oily nor fat, it is neither raw nor mutton smelly and tastes fresh and delicious. Furthermore, it is rich in nutrition and is a characteristic snack with a wide spread fame within and outside the province.
