The ball is made from fresh water chestnuts, sugar, lean meat and other seasonings. After mixing the material into balls, fry them in the oil. Then sprinkle sauce made of starch to complete the dish. It is a well known traditional dish in Xinxian County. It has bright color, beautiful figure and sweet taste. The food is first invented in the Qing Dynasty. It has a more than 200 years history so far.
