Lishui White Lotus, Lishui

Produced in Lishui City of Zhejiang Province, it is also named white lotus of ChuZhou because the city was Chuzhou Fu in Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. It has five features: round grain, satiation, white, soft flesh and sweet taste. It is divided into Fu lotus and Qiu lotus according to the standard of the quality. Situated in the south of Zhejiang Province, Lishui City is in subtropical climate zone. It is about 1400 years for growing white lotus on the fertile plain and the city was called ‘lotus hometown ‘.
