Danshan Mountain Scenic Spot

Danshan Mountain Scenic Spot covers an area of over 200 square kilometers. It has an altitude of 1000-1619 kilometers above the sea level and is famous for its majestic Danxia Physiognomy, cliffs and peaks. Since Song Dynasty, it had been the temple of the Quanzhen Taoist sect. You can also find some relics of ancient folk totem of the people living in southern area of Sichuan Province. On the mountain, the forest is exuberate, old trees soar up into the sky, brooks and springs wind freely and waterfalls rush down the cliffs. Colorful natural prospects could be found here as there are the seas of clouds, floating lights, sunrise, sunset and fog pines.
