Zoo Negara (literally the National Zoo of Malaysia) and the aquarium, located in the suburbs of Kuala Lumpur, is the capital city of Malaysia with an area of 17 acres. In the dense tropical rainforests, there are more than 200 species of animals from around the world. There are streams and lakes in the forests, making the scenery more lively. Mini trains are available for children inside the park.

More than 80 kinds of oceanic and fresh-water creatures are available in the aquarium. There are darkroom facilities, providing suitable living environment for deep-water fishes. There are various exhibitions of specimens and models, such as specimens of various sea shells and specimens, showing the growing process of lobsters.

Animals Performances: Elephant shows are on twice a day at 10:00 and 14:30. Besides, performances of sea lions, man apes, macaques and parrots are on twice a day at 11:00 and 15:00 (15:30 on Fridays), and the special performance in the evening is on at 20:30 (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
