With hot spicy flavor and plumb- tender fleshed meat, Bangbang Chicken is quite famous with the tourists. Since the meat of the chicken is beaten loose with wooden stick during cooking, people call it “Bangbang (in Chinese means “stick”) Chicken” or “Diandian Chicken”. Over recent years, many overseas Chinese and foreign tourists have praised its special cooking procedures as a very typical local dish.
