Bangbang Chicken (chicken cutlets in chili sauce), Meishan

With hot spicy flavor and plumb- tender fleshed meat, Bangbang Chicken is quite famous with the tourists. Since the meat of the chicken is beaten loose with wooden stick during cooking, people call it “Bangbang (in Chinese means “stick”) Chicken” or “Diandian Chicken”.
