Shi Cold Noodles provides a special rice-powder noodles which is not eaten immediately when it is cooked. The Shi Cold Noodles is located in the North Street. Because the owner’s family name is Shi, when this kind of noodles became famous in 1939 it was renamed after the owner. This kind of noodles is very smooth and fresh, a little hot and spicy but very delicious.
