Nanchong’s Limed Egg is the top one among limed eggs. It is made by the traditional natural materials with many amino acids, but without lead or any deleterious material. When taking a limed egg, it is easy to put the shell off. Then you will find clear shapes of pine flowers inside the transparent and springy egg white, and the unctuous yolk with slight sugar.
