The Nanjing Museum is located in the Zhongshan Gate of Nanjing City. It covers an area of 12.9 hectare. The Museum currently holds 400,000 collections, among which are some of the most famous objects in China.
Among the collections, there is the only world renowned complete set of 'jade suits sewed with silver thread' in China. In 1982, a Warring States period Chu State tomb was excavated. Stellar pieces were retrieved from the tomb and it also forms the extraordinary treasures in this museum.

There are many fantastic exhibits and lots of them are well displayed.
A lot fantastic Neolithic jades and pottery beautifully exhibited. In this interactive area are some really exciting projections of important Chinese art masterpieces. Some of the masterpieces are digitally animated.
