Wenfeng Double Bamboo Dish, Nantong

A famous dish in Wenfeng Hotel quick fried with razor shells as the raw material and bamboo shoots as the assistant material. Razor shells are mainly produced in the Rudong Seashore of Nantong City. With a shape of Bamboo pipe, light yellow carapace and jade like meet, razor shell is top seafood. In the recent years, razor shell breed aquatics are built in the East Sand area of Rudong and the razor shells are large and delicious during the harvest period from autumn, winter till Qingming Festival (in spring).
