It produces in coastal areas, such as, Ningde County, Puxia County, Fuding County, Fuan County, etc. It is delicious, tender and contains high protein. “Sword Razor Fish” bred in the beach of Shatang Village, Shajiang Town, Xiapu County is the famous one and the only one in Fujian Province.
