It produces in coastal areas, such as, Ningde County, Puxia County, Fuding County, Fuan County, etc. It tastes delicious and contains much nutrition. Every September and Dcember, the swimming crab has a kind of paste, golden yellow in colour. 人称之是“蟹封嫩至双双满，壳凸红脂块块香”。
