As a must of Yinchuan tour, Yangzhou Restaurant is situated in busy place on West Jiefang Street, adjacent to where government bodies of Ningxia Hui Nationality Autonomous Region lie.
The restaurant has such special dishes as Royal Court Hot Pot, Silkies in Stockpot, especially the recipe in the preparation of which is of better specialty. It is an unforgettable and gorgeous dish with common use condiment and such nourishment as ginseng and codonopsis pilosula.
