Hulless oat or highland barley is peeled, cleaning, cooked in the pot until the surface bursts, then get out for cooling, and mixed with Tianpei powder, sealed in the jar with a constant temperature about 15 centigrade or so. After fermented for 3 to 5 days, it can be eaten, mellowed, cool, sweet, refreshing in summer and warming stomach in winter.
