I wonder what is the best time to go to Jiuzhaigou? Is August a right time to appreciate the beautiful scenes there?

Jiuzhaigou is very charming in the spring, very beautiful in the mid-summer, amazing in the late autumn, very mysterious in the winter. From late spring to early autumn, there are many visitors there. I think October is the best time to travel there.
