Hi there, I'm thinking of taking a tour to Beihai on November, what's the weather like, can I still swim in the sea?

- The answer would be positive, the weather in Beihai would be quite warm all year round, you can swim in the sea every month except the coldest months like December and January, sometimes February, but if you have a strong body, it is still not so difficult for you to swim in the those months. Actually the lowest temperature in the coldest time might be higher than 10 centidegree.
