I wonder if it is possible that take a Li River Cruise in Dec. or Jan. ? I heard that the river is too dry to take a cruise, is that true? Thanks.

- I don't think it is a good idea to take a Li River Cruise in Dec. or Jan. The river is too dry and the weather is too cold.
