Are there many English speakers in Luzhou?

I have just moved over here and I love it very much, but sometimes I get a bit lonely as I have come on my own. Are there many English speakers over here who wish to make friends?

- It depends who you speak to. English is not a common language in CHina. Why dont you learn Chinese since you have moved to Luzhou.

- Well, try to go to the local colleges like Luzhou Medical College, there are some English Corners, you may found some English lovers there.
