It is hard to answer. it depends on different people drinking tea at different time. A cup of cold tea is good when you are hot and thirsty, a cup of warm tea with nice smell is good when you are with close friends, a cup of strong tea in the morning is good when you are still sleepy, a cup of fruit tea is good when you are with your family......
