The transportation in Rizhao is convenient, by way of sea, railway, and road forming an omni-directional transportation network.

No airport here but the air service is available, it can provide service for civil aviation. Rizhao City is 168 kilometers away from Qingdao City airport and 120 kilometers from Lianyungang City (a city in Jiangsu Province) airport, both within two-hour drive. Marine transportation: 

Rizhao Harbor and Lanshan Harbor have wide bay and deep water and do not get frozen or silt. The geological condition there is good, and they are seldom hit by typhoon. Now, we can transport between the two harbors and each harbor on the coastline at home and more than 100 harbors in the rest of the world. What’s more, liner and container lines have been established with countries and regions like Japan, South Korea, Hongkong, the United States, Canada, and so on.
