Add some water to polished rice and grind the rice in small stone-mill until it becomes semi-liquid rice flour, which is then laid flat on bamboo steamer to steam. Add some flavoring, mainly garlic juice, and pepper oil, making the taste of Liangpi sour and hot with garlic fragrance.
