Xi'an serves as a window on China's ancient civilization. The city served as capitals of 12 dynasites over 1000 years, and is therefore blessed with numerous historical sites. No visit to China will be complete without a visit to Xian.

Hello, Williamh7093, Xian Chen Style Tai Chi Association is really famous in China. The chairman of Xian Chen Style Tai Chi Association: Master Chen Quanzhong and other famous masters teach Tai Chi at Shaanxi Provincial Palaestra (14#Chang''an Bei Lu, Xian) every morning from 7am to 10am. Chen Style Tai Chi is the oldest and parent form of the five main tai chi chuan styles. It is third in terms of world-wide popularity compared to the other main taijiquan styles. Chen style is characterized by its lower stances, more explicit Silk reeling (chan si jin) and bursts of power (fa jin).
