There are many star-rating restaurants spread all over Xi'an. Some of these restaurants are very special and have their own features. Food is the most priority of people. In order to satisfy common people's belly, the catering industry in Xi'an used to traditionally improve the quality and taste of foods. Meanwhile, people paid little attention to the packing of restaurants. Nowadays, people carry out novel strategy to make their restaurants more attractive and challenging: some restaurants name their waiters and waitress "Hong Wei Bing", and they call their customers "Shou Zhang", which is the feature of 1960s in China. Or some keep the old style of ancient martial-arts, calling their attendants "Da Xia or Nv Xia", and they call their customers "Ke Guan". The new change in decorating restaurants is adding cultural tastes. And the evident gain from this change is to enhance the vitality of restaurants, which attracts more and more customers for those restaurants.
